Create your Formcrier account
It's free for 10 alerts a month, with no card. Add your website and copy its script from Sites → Install.

Paste it into Shopify
In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </body>. Paste the script and publish.

Switch on your forms
Open a page with a form. Within a minute it appears under Sites → Forms. Switch on the forms you want alerts for.

Choose where alerts go
Connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, or add a mobile number, Telegram, a Slack or Teams channel, or an email address. Then send yourself a test from your own form.
How it works with Shopify
- Contact and enquiry forms
- One script in your theme covers the contact form and any other form on your storefront.
- Never card details
- Card numbers and passwords are never sent, and Shopify's checkout is a separate page the script isn't on.
- Nothing changes
- Your theme's forms and Shopify's own emails carry on as they are.
