Each client gets a workspace of their own, with their sites, submissions, alert destinations and team. Their alerts come out of your plan's 1,000 a month, and they never see your other clients.
The alerts on their phone, and the submission page each alert links to, which carries your logo, colour and name. They can log in to their own workspace if you invite them.
You do, on one invoice, and you charge your clients however you like. A client who would rather pay for themselves can have their own account on any plan.
No. Pro covers 15 sites in one workspace. Agency adds a separate workspace for each client and your branding on their submission pages.
Email alerts are unlimited and never count. If your clients need more WhatsApp, text, Slack or Teams alerts than the plan has, talk to us.
Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Each client workspace then stands on its own plan, and nothing is deleted.
