    Create your Formcrier account

    It's free for 10 alerts a month, with no card. Add your website, then create a secret key under Integrations & API keys.

    Install the Formcrier plugin

    The plugin is waiting for its place in the WordPress.org directory. Until it's there, email [email protected] and we'll send it to you, or use the script, which works with the same form plugins.

    Switch on your Ninja Forms forms

    Paste the key under Settings → Formcrier. The plugin lists your Ninja Forms forms. Switch on the ones you want alerts for.

    Choose where alerts go

    In Formcrier, connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, or add a mobile number, Telegram, a Slack or Teams channel, or an email address. Then press Send test alert.

Only valid submissions
Ninja Forms answers every attempt, including ones with errors. Formcrier alerts you only when there are none.
Your labels
Alerts use the field labels from your form, so they read the way your form does.
Nothing changes
Your email actions and other add-ons carry on as they are. Formcrier only listens.
