Create your Formcrier account
It's free for 10 alerts a month, with no card. Add your website, then create a secret key under Integrations & API keys.

Install the Formcrier plugin
The plugin is waiting for its place in the WordPress.org directory. Until it's there, email [email protected] and we'll send it to you, or use the script, which works with the same form plugins.

Switch on your Gravity Forms forms
Paste the key under Settings → Formcrier. The plugin lists your Gravity Forms forms. Switch on the ones you want alerts for.

Choose where alerts go
In Formcrier, connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, or add a mobile number, Telegram, a Slack or Teams channel, or an email address. Then press Send test alert.
How it works with Gravity Forms
- Every kind of form
- AJAX forms, forms that reload the page and multi-page forms all work. A multi-page form alerts you once, when it is finished.
- Only valid entries
- Formcrier waits for the confirmation, so an entry that fails validation sends no alert.
- Nothing changes
- Your notifications, confirmations, feeds and add-ons carry on as they are. Formcrier only listens.
Questions
No. The Formcrier plugin finds your forms itself. There is nothing to set up inside Gravity Forms.
Yes. Choose which destinations each form alerts. On Pro and Agency, routing rules can also send an entry by what was entered, such as one service to one person.
Card numbers, passwords and security tokens are removed before anything leaves your site. Pro and Agency can include uploaded files when you use the script.
