Website form alerts on WhatsApp
Every enquiry from your website arrives as a WhatsApp message within seconds, on the WhatsApp you already use. There's no business account to set up and no app to install.
How to connect WhatsApp

Good to know
- Your own WhatsApp
- Alerts come from Formcrier's verified business number to your ordinary WhatsApp. You don't need WhatsApp Business or an API account.
- What you get
- The form's main fields and a View submission button that opens every field, with links to call, reply or copy.
- Delivered and read
- Each submission shows whether its alert was sent, delivered and read.
- Stopping
- Send STOP to pause alerts to that phone, and START to turn them back on.
- What it counts as
- Each message to a destination is one alert on your plan. Email alerts are unlimited on every plan.
Questions about WhatsApp alerts
Alerts can go to more than one place. See everywhere alerts go.
No. Alerts come from our business number. You scan a QR code with the WhatsApp you already use and send one message to connect.
Yes. Connect each phone as its own destination, and choose which forms go to whom.
Not to a WhatsApp group: each person connects their own phone. For one shared place, use a Slack or Teams channel or a Telegram group.
We try again automatically. If nothing gets through, the alert is emailed to the workspace owner, and the submission is saved in your dashboard either way.
